Security on SecureVideoConference.com

One of the biggest concerns for Professionals, thier customers and clients who use web conferencing technology is SECURITY.

“Will I be able to meet with my clients securely while using the conference room?”

Medical, Legal, Financial and Mental Health professionals are just a few who demand the best security available.

Envisioned by a therapist, SecureVideoConference.com is a full feature web conference system that allows you to meet your clients in a confidential and secure environment.

Let us explain how our competition works and then we will explain how we are different.

Most of our competitors use a system called “PeerToPeer” which, simply put, is that they use the IP address of your computer and the IP address of your client to transfer the data. This type of system requires that the data stream be encrypted so that it can not be captured (viewed) by a third party.

SecureVideoConference.com security is provided first by the username / password issued to a Host account. The Host in turn generates a Guest login with a unique password. Security is further provided by the SSL (256bit Encrypted Secure Socket Layer) connection each person makes to the meeting room.

Furthermore, you can set your Guest passwords to expire within 24 hours, days or weeks. Each time you invite that client they will receive a new password.

And on top of that we have given you the ability to “lock” your room. Once in session you can “lock” the door, so to speak.

All of these measures ensure that you are able to meet with your client in confidence, whether using video, audio and or chat.
